4 Weeks Australia in Pictures: Driving from Wangaratta to Great Ocean Road

It’s strange feeling waking in the morning wrapped from a dense smoke.

Yes, smoke everywhere, in the camping in Wangaratta and at least 100 km more in direction Melbourne.

This day we had a big program: approaching the Great Ocean Road driving from Wangaratta in direction south.

In January this is not the best season for last minutes stops; it’s holiday time here!

Well we saw Melbourne only from far and went in direction Torquay. As we left early in the morning we had time to have lunch there and we decided to continue in directions of the Great Ocean Road.

We found surprising almost free roads, no traffic jam and not at all crowded. Driving here in Australia is wonderful!

How nice the sea, the clean air and the sun, amazing sea shore, dramatic cliffs and beautiful waves!
