4 Weeks Australia in Pictures: Port Fairy (Day Trip from Warrnambool)

Port Fairy LighthouseJan and Russel are great travelers; they visited a lot of place in the world and love to travel around of

Australia. The first place we visited with them Port Fairy is a very cute coastal town about 30 kilometers west of Warrnambool.

In the early 19th century whalers and seal hunters used the coast in this region. This bay was named by the crew of the whaler The Fairy. Now the main industries of Port Fairy are tourism and fishing.

We loved the landscape of the bay, the blue of the sea and the enjoyable walk to Griffiths Island with the picturesque lighthouse.
